DescriptionShrub or occasionally small tree 2 - 20 feet tree with alternate compound leaves. The 11 - 17 leaflets are sharply serrate and have pointed tips. The inflorescence is flat topped and has small flowers. The fruits are about ? inch in diameter.
CommentThis shrub occurs along the summit ridge from Mt. Norwottock to Mount Holyoke.
