Flower Color: White

Flowering Months: September

Leaf Arrangement: Alternate

Vine: no

Description: A succulent found in the same habitat (the upper intertidal zone) as Suaeda spp. The tiny flowers are barely visible to the naked eye. Bassia - as the species epithet suggests - is covered by fine hairs, but this is far less apparent in older plants.
