Male identification:

  • Pattern of black markings on top of head.
  • Thorax ground color yellow-green.
  • Pterothoracic horns sharp-pointed and curved upward and outward.
  • Hindlobe of prothorax rounded at lateral ends.
  • Dorsal process on S10 bifid.
  • Cercus 2/3 as long as lower appendage.

Female identification:

  • Eyes green and red above.
  • Labrum light brown; postclypeus light brown without a black marginal stripe.
  • Pattern of black markings on top of head.
  • Thorax ground color yellow-green.
  • Pronotum without horns.
  • Hindlobe of prothorax rounded at lateral ends.
  • Pterothoracic horns short, angled upward and toward center of thorax.
  • S8 without a ventral spine.

Female abdomen length: 33.0

Female hind wing length: 21.0

Local distribution: Eastern lowlands.

Abundance: Rare.
