Male identification:

  • Top of thorax with two longitudinal pale lines, the lower one ending with a larger spot.
  • Side with three pale stripes, the lower two incompletely developed.
  • First abdominal segment with a small ventral horn.

Size: Small

Local distribution: Pacific lowlands.

Habitat: Small sandy rivers.

Species range in Middle America: Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica
