Male identification:

  • Blue antehumeral stripe poorly developed.
  • Metapleural suture with a bold black stripe.
  • S3 is 3/4 blue on top, S4-7 all black, top of S8-9 blue.

Female identification:

  • Postocular spots present.
  • Dorsum of S8 pale.
  • Antenodal cells 3-3.

Size: Medium

Body length: 38.0-39.0

Local distribution: Cloud forest on both slopes from 1100 to 1600 m.

Habitat: Spring trickles in forest.
