  • S6 four fifths blue on top.
  • Blue of S8-9 with a uniform lower margin.

Female identification:

  • Dorsum of S8 black with a pair of pale posterior spots.
  • Antenodal cells 3-3.
  • Stigma about 1 cell long.

Size: Small

Body length: 30.0-33.0

Local distribution: Atlantic slope from 50 - 800 m

Habitat: Sunny areas of spring seeps and small streams in forest.

Species range in Middle America: Mexico, Honduras to Panama
